A harsh cleanser dries the skin out, the skin makes up for it with more oil and the problem comes back worse. Cleansing has to remove without breaking the barrier. At night it is two steps, not one: the oil dissolves sunscreen and makeup, and the foam takes away what is left.
Cold-pressed jojoba oil is one of the most complete oils for use in natural cosmetics.
It protects from extreme dehydration and reduces water loss in the upper layers of the skin.
It works with the intercellular lipids to reduce water loss, since its composition resembles the skin’s sebum; for this very reason it DOES NOT CAUSE PIMPLES OR BREAKOUTS; on the contrary, it regulates the skin’s sebum.
